For The Body
Inulin powder
As part of the Nemechek Protocol™, he takes this organic inulin powder made from chicory root every day to rebalance his small intestinal bacteria.
Certified Real California Olive Oil
There is a lot of fraud in the olive oil business. We use California olive oil certified by COOC. The olive oil heals his brain.
DHA & EPA Supplement
Also part of the Nemechek Protocol™, we give him a total of about 3000mg DHA & EPA from fish oil. We use only Nordic Naturals brand.
Non-Toxic Deodorant
Many deodorants are also anti-perspirants which contain aluminum. We love Pretty Frank (formerly known as Primal Pit Paste) in Coconut Lime or Lavender.
Liver Supplement
Grass-fed liver is a great source of iron, vitamin A and lots of other essential nutrients. We take 2 capsules daily.
Toothpaste
Fluoride is a neuro-toxin to be avoided! We also avoid glycerin in toothpastes. We use Earthpaste now that he's older. When he was younger, he used Spry toothgel so he could swallow it.
Homeopathy Kit
This kit by Helios has 36 common remedies - we use it time and time again for cuts, bruises, bites, fear, anxiety, irritability, teething, and so much more. My son loves the independence it gives him to treat his own ailments.
Natural Cold Remedy
A homeopathic cold remedy with no side effects. This really works well, especially when taken at the very first signs of a cold
Natural Flu Relief
This great remedy eases the symptoms of flu. It's great to take if you're around people who may have the flu, too. You only need to take 5 little pellets, not the entire vial like the package says.
Magnesium Supplement
Seeking Health Optimal Magnesium is a mix of Magnesium Malate and Magnesium Lysinate Glycinate Chelate for optimal absorption and utilization. I give it to him at bedtime for a good nights rest.
Non-Toxic Mattress
Mattresses made of foam usually off-gas toxic odors for years, and they're sprayed with fire-retardant chemicals which have been shown to cause health issues. For those of us who are more sensitive to scents, chemicals, and dust mites, a good clean, non-toxic mattress is a necessity. Tuft & Needle is the least expensive option. Latex mattresses are the best, but not an option for a lot of people because of the cost. The Tuft & Needle mattresses have a warranty, so you can always try them out and make sure they're perfect.

Unscented Dishwashing Detergent
Seventh Generation works great, and has no scent to bother those sensitive noses.
Unscented Dishwasher Soap
Seventh Generation Free & Clear dishwasher powder is unscented and works really well.
Unscented Trash Bags
I can't believe how many trash bags are scented these days! I had to go online to find unscented ones! These are awesome because they're also compostable and still very durable.
Timer to Turn WIFI Off at Night
You can easily reduce EMF pollution in your home at night when you're not using WIFI anyway, using this inexpensive timer.
Beeswax Candles
My son finds it calming and grounding when we light a candle for dinnertime. Many candles are scented with irritating fragrances or made from petroleum wax which pollutes the air in the home. Beeswax is cleansing and the candle smells like honey!
Carseat/Booster Seat
My son loved the feeling of sitting snug in his seat and used this one from the age of 5 to 10. The harness is removable to use with a seatbelt and it's the safest booster out there.
